AIIMS B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing Entrance 2025: Eligibility Criteria

For B.Sc Nursing and Other Courses:

1. Candidates must have passed Class 12 under the 10+2 scheme or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects.
2. For the following courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and either Biology or Mathematics.
   • Bachelor of Optometry
   • Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology
   • B.Sc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant
   • B.Sc. in Dental Hygiene
   • B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology
     (Note: For courses 3, 4, and 5 – Biology is compulsory)

For B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing:

• Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS category and 50% for SC/ST category in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

For M.Sc. Courses:

Candidates must have a degree in any of the following with at least 60% marks (General/OBC (NCL)/EWS) and 55% marks (SC/ST) in aggregate:

• MBBS / BDS (For SC/ST: 50%)
• B.V. Sc.
• B. Pharmacy
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (4½ year course)
• B.Sc. degree of minimum three years’ duration in any subject

How to Fill AIIMS B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing Application Form 2025:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

• Go to https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in

Step 2: Choose Your Course

• Click on the “Academic Courses” section.
• Select B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing depending on the course you want to apply for.

Step 3: Basic Registration

• Click on “Click Here for New Basic Registration”.
• Fill in your basic details like name, date of birth, email, and mobile number.
• Submit the registration form and note down your Registration ID and Password.

Step 4: Login and Complete the Application Form

• Log in using your credentials.
• Fill out the complete application form with personal, academic, and contact details.
• Choose your exam center preference.

Step 5: Upload Required Documents

• Upload scanned copies of:
  • Passport size photograph
  • Signature
  • Thumb impression (if required)
  • Other relevant documents
• Make sure to follow the size and format guidelines mentioned in the form.

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

• Pay the application fee using online payment options like:
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • UPI

Step 7: Final Submission

• Review your form carefully.
• Submit the application form.
• Download and print the confirmation page/receipt for future use.
